Definitions
Affiliates – Companies related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and non-financial companies. · DJG does not share with its affiliates.
Non-affiliates – Companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and non-financial companies. · We have entered into agreements with non- affiliates in order to provide custodial or reporting services. They must maintain confidentiality of your information. This is only done for servicing our clients, and not for marketing purposes.
Joint marketing – A formal agreement between non-affiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you. · DJG does not jointly market.
